In this specific case, the company developed a BRM (Business Relationship Management) matrix enabling it to identify problems and implement solutions for its clients, in a very specific and innovative way, for their activities and investments, in Europe and Africa.
Our firm is a member of professional organizations such as the International Fiscal Association, the Afrika-Verein der deutschen Wirtschaft e.V., and the International Council of African Managers. It also participates in discussions within MEDEF International and the Confederation of Indian Industries. Previously, our firm was an associate member of the European delegation of the Inter-Employers Group of Cameroon (GICAM).

The firm frequently publishes in various formats (press articles, specialized journals, newsletters) and on diverse topics (tax law, business law, conventional finance, Islamic finance, investments, mining, partnerships, projects, etc.) related to the expertise of its professionals. The firm organizes and participates in various professional training programs internationally.
The firm is active in various pro bono activities, notably within the Paris Bar Association, where one of its professionals was elected to the Bar Council from January 2014 to December 2016, and with the Cameroon Bar Association, where its professionals volunteer their time to train and improve the working conditions of lawyers.
Since 2010, the firm has also been involved in promoting the arts through the organization of contemporary art exhibitions.
The objective is :
- to promote art in general, and African art in particular, beyond the usual circles, by sharing knowledge about artworks, artists, events, and artistic documents from the perspective of collectors’ accounts and choices ;
- to raise awareness and highlight lesser-known artists, especially those working outside the established circuits of African art ;
- and to introduce the general public to works and artists from private collections that would otherwise remain unknown.
